Keystone Resort is located in Colorado and boasts magnificent mountain views as well as adventurous and exciting activities. During the winter months, Keystone Resort accommodates hundreds of winter sport enthusiasts who come here each year to enjoy skiing, snowboarding, sleigh rides, ice skating, snowmobiling and other sports. What many people don’t realize, is that once the skiing and snowboarding fanatics pack up, Keystone Resort prepares itself to be overrun by outdoor and nature devotees.

To ensure that guests have easy access to the large variety of activities that are offered at the resort, they propose that guests use a Summer Passport. This entitles them to participate in many of the activities for free, and allows them to concentrate on having fun, instead of adding up costs. There are only a few activities that are not free of charge and these include the $5 Bungee Trampoline, the $5 Martini Tasting, Miniature Golf, $10 Pilates Fitness Chair Class, 2 for 1 Scenic Chairlift Ride, $5 Scenic Wagon Ride, Starquest at the Science School and the $5 Wine Tasting.

The other adventures are free of charge. Visitors can attend a horsemanship class that teaches the necessities of horse care; take a leisurely stroll on the Autumn Nature Hike and discover the history of the area and its wildlife; or even join in on a Beaver Prowl and find out more about these fascinating creatures. Free clinics are also available, including the Beginner Mountain Bike Clinic, Fly Fishing Clinic and Golf Clinic. Boat rentals, fudge making demos, golf, and gold panning will most certainly keep kids busy for hours. Alternatively, they can join their parents on a GPS Geo-Cache adventure, a guided history walk, historical bus tour, Nordic fitness walk or Summer Express Ride mountain trek.

The Summer Passport also includes dining coupons to be used at the Edgewater Cafe, Paisano’s and Parrot Eyes. Guests are reminded that to take part in any of the activities, they will be required to produce their passport. Visitors will be amazed at the beauty and great number of wildlife species that come to life once the snow starts to melt. Breathtaking flowers, incredible landscapes and exciting adventures await everyone, young and old, at Keystone Resort.
