The picturesque village of Dobrinishte is situated in the heart of the Pirin Mountains in the south eastern part of Razlog valley, about six kilometers south of Bansko, Bulgaria. The surroundings depict unspoiled nature at its best, with scenic views and lush vegetation as well as natural mineral waters and stunning snow skiing areas, making this area a perfect holiday destination all year round. Plans are underway to further develop the snow skiing tourism aspect of the area with the upgraded Dobrinishte Ski Resort.

The completed ski zone at Dobrinishte Ski Resort will have a total length of 40 kilometers as well as offering five new pistes. The area offers perfect snow skiing opportunities for everyone. There are easier slopes for beginners to practice on and there are areas that will challenge the professionals. The best snow skiing conditions are from the beginning of December right through to the end of April when there is plenty of snow and many lovely sunny days.

Dobrinishte Ski Resort is being developed on two levels, with the lower level stretching from Dobrinishte village to Gotse Delchev chalets through an area currently owned by the National Forest Fund. The highest part of the ski zone will reach Bezbog chalets at a height of 2500 meters above sea level and is incorporated into the Pirin National Park.

The highest part of Dobrinishte ski zone will be linked to Bansko ski zone by a cabin lift, providing tourists with the perfect opportunity to explore the beauty of the Pirin Mountain. Apart from being an excellent snow skiing venue, Dobrinishte has a number of other interesting attractions, including the St. Peter and Paul Church, which was built in 1835, the unique cultivated gardens of Eidelweiss and the rural style Macedonian Tavern. A spa complex, situated at the entrance of the village, makes full use of the healing powers of the mineral waters in the area and is very popular with locals and tourists alike.

To realize the full potential of the Dobrinishte Ski Resort, the highest level of expertise is being used in the different aspects of the resort development – promising a world-class resort area. When you travel to Bulgaria, make sure that the Dobrinishte Ski Resort in the majestic Pirin Mountains is on your list of places to visit and enjoy a memorable snow skiing experience.
