Val Thorens Carnival Madness 2010

The Val Thorens Carnival Madness 2010, will kick off on the 22nd of February 2010, and run through to the 27th of February. It is a festival that not only allows skiers and snowboarders the opportunity to take to the slopes, but the festival spills out onto the streets of the town, entertaining the crowds with giant puppets, parade floats, music, contests and brass bands. Carnival Madness is a week of fun and excitement, with a colorful and vibrant atmosphere.

Furano Ski Festival 2010

The Furano Ski Festival 2010, will be hosted by the Furano Ski Resort on the 30th and 31st of January 2010, and offers skiing and snowboarding enthusiasts two days of winter sport fun. There are a variety of ski jump competitions for participants to challenge themselves in, and spectators will be just as thrilled by the live skiing action. The Furano Ski Resort boasts with twenty five skiing routes, and night skiing for late night fun.

FSO4 Freeze

The Battersea Power Station in London will come alive this October with the sounds and winter sport activities of the FS04 Freeze festival. It will take place between the 23rd and the 26th of October 2008 and will be the first time that London hosts a World Cup event, which involves slopes, snow and fast moving competitors. More than a hundred competitors will be taking part in the FS04 Freeze festival, and there will be many attractions and events to keep spectators and event attendees thrilled and spellbound.
