With groomed cruisers, alpine bowls, stunning glades, chutes and two incomparable downhill race courses, Snowbasin’s terrain is rated as follows: 21% beginner, 49% intermediate and 30% advanced. Nine Lifts including 3 gondolas hoist eager skiers and snowboarders up the snowy mountainsides into this world of winter adventure. Nordic skiers, snowshoe fans and skating skiers will have their fill exploring the 26 km of cross-country trails. Snowboarders can make their way to the exciting terrain parks. Krazy Kat Park is perfect for those who want to learn some tricks or sharpen their skills on the rails, kickers, table tops and other park features. Apex Park is designed for advanced snowboarders where they can test their skills on spine jumps, C rails, a teeter-totter and more. Utah’s Snowbasin has an excellent Snowsports Learning Center. With more than 100 instructors you are certain to receive personal attention as you hone your skiing or snowboarding skills. The Grizzly Center provides services and facilities to ensure visitors have all that they need. At the center you are able to rent equipment, purchase goods, make use of the child care and information desk. Snowbasin also has 3 brilliant lodges, namely Earl’s lodge, Needles Lodge and John Paul Lodge. When hunger strikes, head off to one of these lodges for a delightful meal.
