The Canyons 2011/12 Opening Day

The Canyons is known as Utah’s largest ski resort and will be celebrating opening day on Friday, 25 November 2011. This ski resort boasts nine mountain peaks, five bowls, six natural halfpipes, one terrain park and 4,000 acres of skiable terrain, with 182 trails.

The Salty Peaks Snowboard Shop is located in the ideal location in Salt Lake City, as it is in close proximity to world famous and very popular skiing and snowboarding resorts, such as Canyons, Snowbird, Park City, Brighton and Park City. It is nestled between two canyons, namely Cottonwood and Parley’s at Wasatch Mountain’s base.
