Lagunillas Ski Resort
There are thirteen slopes on offer here and the most popular pistes in Lagunillas are known as La Lola, Novicios and Pancho. Lagunillas also allows night skiing on these slopes on the illuminated pistes. The slopes are of differing levels of difficulty. No one from a novice to an expert will go back disappointed. There are four draglifts at Lagunillas ski resort that serves as an access to the various slopes across 500 acres of varying terrain that accommodates all skiers, from beginners to experts. The longest run available here is just under a mile and the total area available for skiing including the off-piste is 500 acres.
Most families come here relaxing atmosphere it provides. There are several lodges and hotels at Lagunillas ski resort that provide good value for money. A well known one is Hosteria Millahue, which is a favorite among skiers for its value for money. Situated next to the Lagunillas Ski Resort, the facilities are excellent facilities and include hot and cold swimming pools and a Jacuzzi. There is also a shuttle that will take you to Lagunillas Ski Resort.
The resort also has some good quality cafés and restaurants as well as the excellent Pub La Francisca, with its beer and music. Lagunillas ski resort is for the more discerning skier as the marvelous, relaxing ambience has been cultivated solely puts an emphasis on taking it easy.
