Copper Mountain Resort, just 75 miles from Denver International Airport in Colorado, is considered by many to be the state’s ‘Perfect Ski Mountain’. Twenty-two lifts of various designs carry excited snow sport enthusiasts up the white slopes to numerous trails on the mountain side. Those who are young-at-heart will have a wonderful time playing around at Catalyst terrain park. The park is conveniently separated into sections ranging from beginner through intermediate to advanced. Catalyst Park features include rails, boxes, table tops, kickers, jumps and an impressive Quarter pipe. At the base of Catalyst terrain park is the Copper’s Superpipe. Boasting 18 foot walls and 430 feet in length, the Superpipe is a fantastic challenge.

Despite Copper Mountain’s large experienced skier/snowboarder areas, beginners are not neglected. Not only can first-timers enjoy dedicated slopes, but they can also receive the attention of professional instructors carefully guiding them.
