Mount Snow

First opened in 1954 as a small ski resort with basic facilities, Mount Snow has grown tremendously over the years. From its initial seven trails and four lifts, it now boasts a whopping 145 trails, 23 ski lifts and 757 acres of ski-able land. Facilities have undergone constant upgrades and improvements and there are now four different lodges to enjoy. The resort is situated in the Vermont’s Green Mountains.

Mount Snow is located at an elevation of 1900 ft, with a vertical drop of 1700 ft. It caters for both skiers and snowboarders and has great facilities for freestylers. These include four terrain parks, a 400 ft super pipe, a half pipe and a jib park. There is even a movie theatre where you can keep up with the latest releases. The trails are rated 22% beginner, 49% intermediate, 26% advanced and 3% expert. In the summer months the resort stays open but the activities change somewhat.
