Thirty-one lifts, including 2 gondolas, transport skiers up to numerous starting points. Whether you are an alpine skier, cross-country skier or snowboarder, Mammoth Mountain is ideal for you. Beginners are never left out, with the Mammoth Ski and Snowboard School you can start from scratch, or brush-up on your skills. Professional instructors provide a fun environment for learning, taking learners from one level to the next. Mammoth Mountain Ski Resort provides skiers with absolutely anything they could need. Six rental shops are located on the slopes. Reservations can be made for equipment. On collection of your equipment you will be given a VIP card so that in future collecting of equipment can be done quickly and conveniently. Step out of the rental shop, fully kitted and ready to hit the slopes of the amazing monolithic Mammoth Mountain.

After experiencing the rush of skiing across Mammoth Mountain, there are many other exciting activities to enjoy. Snowmobile rides give you a spectacular opportunity to explore vast trails across white landscapes. Cross-country skiing is also popular in the area. Discover numerous twists, turns and natural features of Mammoth Mountain and its surrounds. This is a wonderful way to spend the day with some friends. From nearby Mammoth Mountain village visitors can experience the magic of dog sledding.

A day of adventure on the slopes is rounded off at the restaurant in Mammoth Mountain Ski Resort’s main lodge. Delicious meals will warm you up whilst you chat about the events of the day. The Village at Mammoth has more than 60 venues for dining and partying. Several spots on the slopes of the mountain offer refreshments, meals and other services, these include: Eagle Lodge, Mountain Center, Canyon Lodge, The Mill Cafe, McCoy Station and Outpost 14.

The fun continues on through summer at Mammoth Mountain Ski Resort. From the Adventure Center visitors can hire mountain bikes, take scenic gondola rides and hop aboard the red meadow shuttle. Many children’s activities are organized and meals can be enjoyed at the Yodler Bar and Pub. Summer vacationers can also take part in golfing, fly fishing, shopping and dining.
