Ski Santa Fe Resort, in operation since 1946, lies just a few minutes drive from the renowned city of Santa Fe in New Mexico. Beautifully located amongst the Sangre de Cristo Mountains and within Santa Fe National Forest, Ski Santa Fe is relatively small but offers an incomparable ski experience.

Ski Santa Fe Resort encompasses 660 acres of diverse ski terrain. Glide down the 1 703 vertical on one of the 67 runs. Ski Santa Fe’s landscape features wide open cruisers, exciting bump runs, stunning tree runs and impressive glades. Suited to all individuals of all ability levels, the runs have been rated as 20% beginner, 40% intermediate and 40% advanced. Why not test out your skills on Ski Santa Fe’s longest run, which measures 3 miles. Seven lifts ensure that you are quickly carried up the mountainside to begin your winter adventure.

Parents need not worry about their little ones when visiting Ski Santa Fe. The well-run Chipmunk Corner will keep them entertained for hours whilst you hit the sparkling white slopes. Excellent instructors are also available to train your children in a fun atmosphere.

Ski Santa Fe Resort offers a number of other services and amenities for your convenience. Amongst these are equipment rental, a retail store and a brilliant Adaptive Ski Program. So much activity is certain to build up an appetite. Satisfy your hunger at La Casa Café Grill or at Totemoff’s Bar & Grill. There is no accommodation on the mountain but there is plenty to choose from in nearby Santa Fe. Many establishments form special packages in conjunction with Ski Santa Fe and include America’s Best Value Lamplighter Inn, El Rey Inn, Eldorado Hotel & Spa, Hotel Plaza Real, Inn on the Alameda, La Fonda on the Plaza, El Paradero B&B, Santa Fe Plaza Travelodge and others.

Ski Santa Fe Resort closes over the summer months. But you can be sure that everyone is eagerly awaiting the winter ski season to head off to Santa Fe.
